Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account profile. If you need help changing your account, reach out to us at the link below.
What is a "Rollover"?
This provides you with the flexibility to keep the credits you do not use. Some months you will need many credits; other months just a few. With rollovers you have the ability to build up listings you do not use for times when you will need them.
Do I need a subscription for the free trial?
Nope. Put your credit card away and give Power Listing a try. We are confident in our ever-improving results and want to share this with the world!
What markets can I create a listing for?
We currently support Amazon US, UK, Canada, and Australia. In March 2022 we will launch full support for listings generated for Amazon Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and Mexico.
If I purchase the Power Up and change my plan, will I lose that credit?
No way! You keep every credit you pay for.
What happens to my listings after I cancel?
We'll keep your Power Listing around for 1 year.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
You can cancel your plan within 48 hours of signing up and receive a full refund if you have not created a listing. Because every listing requires a lot of compute power to create, once a listing has been created we cannot issue a refund or credit.
If I cancel, can I keep my listings?
Listings will remain in your account for the lifetime of your subscription. All account information and listing content are deleted upon cancellation.
